Chia Lime Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is all the rage and rightfully so. It is a delicious and easy to prepare meal. It requires no cooking and anyone can make it. My take on it combines protein packed avocados with omega rich chia seeds. A dash of citrus and sea salt adds just the right flavor boost. This recipe is perfect for anyone who wants a quick meal without sacrificing their health.


Chia Lime Avocado Toast

  • 2 Slices Good Quality Bread (whole grain works great)
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds (flax seeds also work)


  1. Toast the two slices of bread
  2. Smash and spread 1/2 of the avocado on each slice
  3. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of lime juice on each slice
  4. Finish each slice with 1/4 tsp chia seeds and a sprinkle of sea salt

  1. Avocado toast is so good!! I often add hemp seeds on top of mine, but I love the idea of chia seeds too!! A nice little crunch is a great contrast to the creamy texture of avocado. So good!
