Habanero Guacamole

Ok, I admit it. I’m a little bit obsessed with spice. I’m also a big fan of flavor. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had a disappointingly bland guacamole. This recipe has tons of flavor and really packs the heat. Not as spice crazy as me? No Problem! I’ve included the necessary alterations so that everyone can enjoy some creamy avocado goodness.

Habanero Guacamole

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print

  • 3-4 Ripe Avocados (depending on size)
  • 1 Medium Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • ~4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (more or less, depending on taste)
  • 1-2 Diced Habanero Peppers (depends how crazy you are)

  1. Mash the Avocados into a medium sized bowl
  2. Mix in the Tomato, Cilantro, Garlic and Lime Juice
  3. Mix in the Salt and Habanero Peppers to Taste

Note: For Medium spice, substitute Habaneros Peppers for JalapeΓ±os. For Mild, omit peppers.
