Spicy Sautéed Kale

This is an easy and delicious way to get in your daily servings of veggies.

Spicy Sautted Kale

  • 2 bunches Kale (I keep the stems for the nutrients but they can be removed if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tsp olive oil


  1. Boil the kale until it turns dark green and then drain
  2. Heat oil in skilled on medium and then add Kale, Red Pepper, Garlic Powder and Pepper
  3. Sauté 1-2 minutes then serve
