Want to consume more greens? Even if you are not a fan of green juice, this recipe is for you. The sweet richness of the coconut and almond will make you forget it even contains Kale.
Coconut Kale Smoothie
2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 Frozen Banana
1 Handful of Kale
~ 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- Add Coconut, Almond Butter, Banana, Dates and Kale
- Start Blending
- Gradually add in the almond milk until desired texture is achieved
Note: Taste great with a scoop of protein powder. Feel free to substitute with another non-dairy milk such as soy, rice, hemp, coconut or cashew milk.
