The Springs

I recently went through a period of skipping the gym and eating poorly. Finally, I decided I need to get back on the wagon. I chose to start by doing a 5 day juice cleanse. During that time I also eased back into working out with light yoga and meditation. During this period, I spent a lot of time at the Springs. For anyone that doesn’t know, the springs is a vegan health and wellness center. The offer yoga, meditation classes, wellness services, workshops, a juice bar, and a raw vegan restaurant.

 

Review

Food/Juice

The food was fresh, beautiful and flavorful. It’s amazing what there were able to create using entirely raw ingredients. The Juices selection was awesome also. They fresh, colorful, and are a great way to get a dose of veggies.

Atmosphere

The venue is a hip warehouse. It is a super cool little hang out. The layout is very open and makes you feel like you are in a large loft. There is plenty of art to complement the modern decor.

Service

We didn’t have any complaints about the service. What stood out the most was the ladies in the wellness center. They were all very friendly. The lady that provided my service was especially helpful, informative and patient.

Conclusion

While on my cleanse, they certainly helped me get my daily juice fix. I also utilized some of the wellness service such as the infrared sauna. Also, what better place to break my cleanse than with some raw food from the springs. To top it all off, I finished my week of wellness with a healing workshop. Overall, the springs proved to be quite the wellness one stop shop. Great food, great classes, and great services. The springs definitely has not seen the last of me.
